MY MODEL AGENCY s.r.o. processes your personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual
obligations and to provide you with our corporate services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from
you and do not process your information in any way, other than already specified in this notice.
The personal data that we may collect from you is: Full name including any titles and contact information such as
your home and business address, email address and telephone number(s); Date of birth; telephone number, e-mail
address, Identification number, Tax number, photos (models),Copies of identification verification (include a passport,
ID card, driving licence, bank statement ), bank account information.
If the talent is underage, we may collect also personal data from her / his parents, such a : name and surname, address,
telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, Copies of identification verification (include a passport, ID card,) bank
account information.

MY MODEL AGENCY s.r.o. takes your privacy very seriously and we are committed to protecting and safeguarding
your data privacy rights. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purposes specified in this

relationship with you in order to provide our services and products; Managing and providing the services we provide

How do we store your data?
Confidential documents, paper documents such a contract, order form, invoice, etc are kept in locked cabinets,
Electronic data are kept at our model agency software and PC, hard disk. All those devices have a password. Access
by employees of MY MODEL AGENCY, in such a cases can be a third party, such an accountant. We don‘t store your
personal data on unsecure or public servers.
How long do we store a data?
We are required under certain legislation to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a
minimum of five years after the termination of our relationship, unless we are required to retain this information by
another law or for the purposes of court proceedings. Retention periods are in line with legal and regulatory
requirements or guidance.
